When you encounter problems such as oil leakage when using an industrial chiller, how do you solve it? How should we solve it? .
Oil leakage in the chiller may have a serious impact on the operation of the air-cooled chiller. In order to let more people understand and solve some common fault problems, Jiuyi will now explain the industrial Solutions to oil leakage problems in chillers.
1. When the refrigeration oil level decreases, the chiller should be switched to manual control mode to limit the compressor load to more than 50%.
2. The low-pressure alarm value and low-pressure shutdown value of the industrial chiller should be reduced within the allowable range, and try to ensure that the chiller is in working condition.
3. Increase the condensing pressure of the chiller.
4. If the oil level decreases and the pressure in the evaporator also decreases, it is necessary to consider whether the oil has escaped into the evaporator. You can use the liquid sight glass to check.
5. When refrigeration oil appears in the evaporator, you should check and pay attention to the temperature of the chilled water machine, appropriately reduce the water flow rate to lower the temperature of the outlet water, and then quickly increase the flow rate to quickly increase the outlet water temperature of the evaporator. When the temperature of the water exceeds the saturation temperature of the refrigerant, the refrigerant will boil violently, and the refrigeration oil will be directly sucked into the compressor. At this time, the temperature will drop, far exceeding the separation temperature of the oil and refrigerant. This brings the oil back to the oil separator and separates it.
6. When refrigeration oil appears in the condenser, you don’t need to pay too much attention to its water temperature. The expansion valve should be gradually opened until the high and low pressures of the chiller are balanced. At this time, a large amount of white foam can be seen in the sight glass, which proves that Refrigeration oil has entered the evaporator from the condenser. As long as you repeat the above steps many times, the refrigeration oil will be recovered soon. As long as the chiller is in normal operation, there will be no big problem.
